| Job Placements |
| There would be a special cell at SRI Group which would
comprise of both the faculty members and the students who would
regularly interact with various corporates by informing them
of the students who would be available for placements. Over
a period of time, this interaction should help in building strong
bonds with the various organizations in varied fields of activities. |
| |
| Summer Training |
A large number of students of the SRI Group are sent for summer
training programmes in various corporations. The management
of these organizations that have an opportunity to access the
quality, depth and knowledge of the students from the various
assignments that the students would undergo during their 2-3
months summer training. It also gives the students an opportunity
to appreciate the corporate culture. This assessment helps them
in their job placements after they pass out. This placement
would be very authentic as both the interested parties would
have a fair opportunity of assessing each other.
Such training and recruitment should help in establishing long
term relationship which would be mutually beneficial to all
concerned. |
| |

| The leaders of various industrial organizations would be invited
to act as visiting faculty and impart practical knowledge and
real life training to the students. This would benefit the students
in a big way when they take up executive responsibilities in
future.
Students, by way of healthy participation in the class, would
be able to clear the doubts they have on the basis of how
these experts have been viewing various problems and solving
them routinely.
The students should be able to develop a rich knowledge bank
from which they can draw live examples and use it in their
day-to-day challenges in the Industry. |
| |
| Seminar |
| Various seminars would be held from time-to-time which should
help in building long term relationship and creating mutual
respect between the Industry and Institute. |
